This PR refactors
ApiErrorBodyas anAutoValuethat uses the newErrorDetailsclass rather than the deprecated list ofErrorDetailclasses. It is a follow-up to PR #497. This PR is a step toward surfacingErrorDetailsinDatabricksError.How is this tested?
