Changes

It's deprecated in favor of using databricks_storage_credential with storage_root_credential_id on databricks_metastore.

Also, fixed issues in GCP UC guide.

Resolves #2156

Tests

  • make test run locally
  • relevant change in docs/ folder
  • covered with integration tests in internal/acceptance
  • using Go SDK
  • using TF Plugin Framework
  • has entry in NEXT_CHANGELOG.md file
