PR for changes to episodes 1, 2, and 3, as well as changing a few http to https.

Based on teaching experience this week:

Ep 2:
Adds a learning objective
Reminds people what objects and libraries they need
Describe Terrain.colors as ‘earthy’ fir mapping
Deleted a code block and sentence about axis formatting.
Changed my_col to my_colors

Ep 3: I added libraries to the ‘what you’ll need’
The title of (new) final challenge says terrain model, but the challenge uses surface. I changes the title.
The final challenge requires you to go back to ep 1 output. That’s pretty hard to do and we have never included it. I deleted it.
The timing was reduced to 40 minutes
