  • Replace emojis with icons on Astra migration toolkit
  • Add pages introducing the DSE and MC migration paths rather than linking out to other docs directly from the nav.
    • Eventually, the more robust docs will move from other docsets to migration-docs, and there will be minimal "pointer pages" in the source product docs.
    • commented-out placeholder for HCD page in nav.
  • Change CQL shell to cqlsh

Suggest keeping {mc} for Mission Control consistently across docs/repos, otherwise LGTM
