- Add blank lines before code blocks for better readability
- Fix final newline in file
- Fix changelog generation to properly add blank lines between release entries - Add comprehensive tests for changelog spacing behavior - Update existing CHANGELOG.md to fix formatting issues
- Remove #[ignore] attribute and add environment variable control - Test runs in CI automatically or locally with RUN_MARKDOWN_LINT=1 - Fail in CI if markdownlint-cli is not available - Skip gracefully in local development
- Add CONTRIBUTING.md with comprehensive contributor guidelines - Include detailed testing setup including RUN_MARKDOWN_LINT usage - Add test-with-markdown.sh convenience script - Document commit conventions, PR process, and development workflow
