Improve the look of tag suggestions

Change the tag suggestions in the raindrop editing dialog so that:

• The suggestions are sorted
• Suggestions that come from the user's previously-used list of tags look even more different from those that don't appear in the user's bookmarks but which Raindrop thinks would be a good fit.
