8-byte-long-long changes I did for linux68k. Also hack the build system into working with it. This needs cleaning up; this is not how to specialise code generators.
porting the old minixST code is going to work here, and it needs a whole new set of headers.
match other specialisation.
syscall library. It builds now (although doesn't link).
