NOTICE: DBSteward 1.3.12, the last of the 1.3 line, was the last version in which PEAR packaging was officially supported. As of DBSteward 1.4, PEAR packaging and the PEAR channel are no longer being updated.

Please consider [installing DBSteward with composer](https://github.com/dbsteward/dbsteward/blob/master/doc/INSTALLING.md#installing-via-composer) instead.
