The uploaded spreadsheet provides the first iteration of mapping between the metadata of TOPMed from dbGAP repository to DATS. The context files will be added during the ingestion pipeline.

The updated files provide dataset level mapping for TOPMed and GTEx from dbGAP as well as for 5 repositories from the Alliance (FB, RGD, MGI, WB, ZFIN) to the DATS metadata model. Please note that this is the first iteration of mapping.
