This PR adds a new "Remote Event Storming" section to the README, highlighting modern web-based tools for conducting EventStorming workshops remotely.

With the rise of remote and hybrid work, there's an increasing need for digital tools that support EventStorming workshops. This addition provides the community with an open-source option specifically designed for remote collaboration.
