refactor: update redirect rules

The Issue

Not all redirects worked properly with/without trailing slashes.

How This PR Solves The Issue

• Groups redirects for better readability
• Adds proper redirects for /ddev-local and /blog
• Fixes black text on dark background in /blog/authors
