refactor: improve dark mode, fixes for logos, add quickstart links

The Issue

Difficult to read text-navy-300 in dark mode (landing page):

These icons don't look good in dark mode (landing page):

And icons don't have titles when you hover over them.

We can add more repositories here, such as IDE integrations and addon-registry (landing page):

How This PR Solves The Issue

• Uses text-navy-100 for text in dark mode.
  
• Uses monochrome Apache feather, makes "redis" word readable, more contrast for Memcached icon in dark mode
  
• Adds missing titles for icons when you hover over them.
  
• Adds more repositories (IDE and addon-registry integrations)
  
• Adds links to quickstarts for CMS icons.
  
• Hovering over the footer icons is white in dark mode.
