@nickchomey I'd appreciate if you'd test this out, use your knowledge of cloudflared and WP. The WP workaround is more work than it should be, but it does work, is automated, and works with any share provider.

@davo20019 please take a look and see how all this works for you. Review welcome here. I did have some trouble with cloudflared today, giving me unresolvable hostnames. Really looking forward to a followup blog that would help people do static URLs on cloudflared.

I guess this is blocked on

• ngrok is severely limiting their free tier, notify about it, update docs, consider change to cloudflared as default ddev#8101

for a little bit. Otherwise it should have been nearly ready. Will give ngrok a bit of a chance to reply to email.
