Jazz Jackrabbit 2 originally included a Dutch translation, but it was poorly done and left several lines untranslated. It also did not always match the English source text one‑to‑one; there were frequent variations.
In this current branch, everything has been fully one-to-one retranslated. This means the old translation has been disregarded in favor of a version that stays as faithful as possible to the English source text, while ensuring consistent, correct, and natural‑sounding Dutch language and grammar.
For reference purposes, I am uploading a zipped .mo/.po file here containing the original Dutch translations, with only obvious typos and mistranslations corrected and any missing Dutch translations added:
