This PR adds a --disable-ecr flag to turn off AWS ECR integration. This is needed for environments without AWS access/credentials (or with outbound restrictions), avoiding unnecessary ECR auth attempts and ensuring ECR-formatted image references fall back to the Kubernetes provider instead of failing/crashing.
