feat(vmsop): clone e2e tests

Description

Creating a VM clone from a snapshot is implemented by the VirtualMachineSnapshotOperation resource:

What is the expected result?

New resource, which create VM from snapshot. Working GC for thats operations, logic same as VMOP Clone.
