Add 52 missing notification translations across all locales (pt-BR, zh-CN, pl-PL, de-DE, ar) to bring all 6 locales to full 88-topic coverage. Fix ~15 pre-existing bugs including format string mismatches, argument order swaps, duplicated text, and stale Version: 0 entries that were showing outdated wording at runtime.
