Small fix to the home page

I have just fixed the home page in the composer.json file.

Fixes RCE security issue by adding shell argument escaping

This release fix a security issue. I recommend to upgrade it.

Improved documentation

Updated Doxyfile to the last version, removed all the warnings from the documentation.
