Has all the necessary features, ready to deploy!

Summer sprint

Contains all the work done during summer, implementing from the design doc.
Major additions include vanilla web components for navbar, footer and content cards, as well as pages filled out with desired content.
Missing features:

• better templating (at time of writing this is implemented with Lit) #32
