docs: DOC-1116: Core desync part 2

Fixes many of the text differences between Python and Groovy Core how-to docs that should have been the same.
Due to how different Python & Groovy reference docs are, I did not audit that section.
Follow up PRs will:

• Fix ~two dozen specific docs that need work/updates that were beyond the scope of this already large PR.
• Establish a GitHub action that raises an alert if someone submits a PR that updates either Groovy or Python docs, but not both, to allow reviewers to ensure that desynchronization does not happen unintentionally again.
• Refine my difference checker tool and submit it to the codebase so it can be reused in the future.
