Description
The LMI-Dist engine was deprecated and fully removed from DJL-Serving several months ago, but there is lots of remaining references in code, tests, and workflows. This leads to a bloated codebase and tech debt. This PR cleans up these references to improve clarity and reduce potential confusion.
The only remaining mentions of LMI-Dist are the depreciation note in docs and a warning log line when it is set as Rolling Batch.
Following this PR, I will raise a similar PR to purge the deprecated Neuron/TNX engine.
