Description
The Neuron (pytorch-inf2) LMI container has been discontinued and no longer published as of several months ago, in addition to the underlying
transformers-neuronxengine having been deprecated. There is still a significant amount of remaining dead code, tests and workflows. This PR cleans up these references to reduce bloat and reduce potential confusion.This PR still leaves some generic code related to Neuron hardware in the DJL-Serving Java source, in case a user is still using DJL-Serving with DJL in a non-LMI context on Neuron hardware.
