Also, this PR modifies CMake a little so that you dont need to modify CMakeLists manually to compile it on DSP. No need for this step |

Some minor problems cause the latest develop branch can't be compiled on DSP hardware.
I don't know how much performace cost does it take to remove the 'noexcept' keyword. But it can't be compiled on DSP with this thing.
