What's changed?

  • Add some LAPACK routines.
  • Add the corresponding lapackConnector and cuSolverConnector.

Unit Tests and/or Case Tests for my changes

  • A unit test is added for new container::kernels BLAS/LAPACK interface.

Any changes of core modules? (ignore if not applicable)

  • BLAS/LAPACK interfaces
