Feat: Store interface metadata in responses

Description

Please describe here what changes are made and why.
Create class Metadata to store data about users' and chats’ info.
TelegramMetadata class created (stores user_id, username, user’s fist and last name, language_code and chat_type).
_on_event method of _AbstractTelegramInterface class updated to extract data and store in origin
