SEFACA v0.1.0 - Minimal Implementation

🎉 First Release

SEFACA (Safe Execution Framework for Autonomous Coding Agents) v0.1.0 provides core functionality for tracking and auditing AI agent command execution.

  • Context Tracking: Every command is tagged with [persona:agent:user@host(repo:branch)]
  • Audit Logging: Full command history with timestamps and exit codes
  • Execution Modes: minimal, logging, controlled, forensic (v0 implements basic versions)
  • Self-Contained Installation: Single-command deployment via curl|sh
  • Cross-Platform: Tested on macOS, Linux, FreeBSD, ARM64

🚀 Quick Start

# Track a command
sefaca run make build

📋 Web Team Deployment Instructions

To deploy SEFACA on sefaca.dev:

  1. Host the installer script at https://sefaca.dev/install.sh

    • Use the content from scripts/install-standalone.sh
    • Ensure Content-Type: text/plain
    • Enable CORS for curl access
  2. Update installation command in docs to:

    curl -sSL https://sefaca.dev/install.sh | sh
  3. Optional CDN setup:

    • Cache for 5 minutes max (allows quick updates)
    • Log download metrics
    • Consider geographic distribution
  4. Testing checklist:

    • Verify curl command works from various networks
    • Test on Linux, macOS, FreeBSD
    • Confirm no HTTPS certificate issues
    • Check download speed globally
