well, i am a burned child as there were some issues with proguard in the beginning of Delta Chat - i cannot remember the details, but iirc, they were hard to debug, and that for 10% savings ...
however, i am not against it, it may be totally fine, iirc, also other larger projects are using and maintaining proguard, and maybe i did thing just wrong. but i am also not need enough in this build thingies - if @Hocuri and @link2xt find this PR reasonable, we can go for it
