Description

Added the argument article_content_type to the commands otrs-close-ticket, otrs-update-ticket, and otrs-create-ticket.
This allows users to specify whether the article body is HTML or plain text. These are the only options I am aware of and these options are predefined for the argument. The argument is optional and will always default to plain text (text/plain; charset=utf8). This was already the default in the underlying PyOTRS package but is included for backwards-compatability if that package updates in the future.
