Computational Phylogenetics Tools for Use of Integrated Data
Compiling this project requires Rust to be installed. On OS X with Homebrew you can just run brew install rust.
Running it then should be as simple as:
$ make
$ ./bin/puccinmake test
den-sq/puccin
