Pipeline for converting tracer catalogs to trough maps

Start by compiling code in helpers Python scripts will have to run on your system. Edit Makefile and install required libraries (healpix and CCfits in particular) so that 'make' works. Slack danielgruen if things fail.

Try to find some troughs Go to testrun/ (see README.txt there) Download catalog / mask of a simulated tracer catalog in data/ (see README.txt there) See whether do_it_all.sh script makes sense to you, edit as desired. Run do_it_all.sh The outputs in lenses/ should have the familiar format trough...0.fits for the most underdense regions, ...troughmask...fits for the mask
