The options don't really help a lot, because files outside of a Helm application subchart, including those of the parent, cannot be accessed. This means we can't inject a
custom_filters.pywithout the workaround we were already using.Without that capability, we lose the ability to do the nice configuration avoiding the mounts and configMap. We are left with the options that are simple environment variables that
stac-auth-proxyexposes anyway.
