Add actionlint integration for linting GitHub Actions workflows: - Add actionlint CI workflow that runs on push to main and PRs - Add shellcheck and actionlint installation to SessionStart.sh - Add actionlint to pre-commit hooks - Fix GITHUB_OUTPUT variable quoting in test.yml for shellcheck compliance - Configure renovate to track actionlint version updates
