Add OpenWrt LuCI UI support and a GitHub Actions workflow to build OpenWrt packages for Go-Drive.
This enables users to easily deploy, configure, and manage Go-Drive on OpenWrt routers through the LuCI web interface, including service control and parameter configuration, and provides automated multi-architecture package builds.
