[BOGOTA-2025] Update Bogotá sponsors and add missing logo assets

Hi Core Team

We updated 2025 Bogotá sponsor logos and info:

• Added sponsor data files and copied logos into assets/sponsors/ and static/img/sponsors/ so Hugo builds without missing-image warnings.
• Swapped Hugo permalink token to :contentbasename to silence the deprecation warning.
