[LIMA-2026] Update logo sponsor

Sponsor updates for event years:

• For the 2025 Lima event, the sponsor ID for "orexe" has been changed to orexe-before-20260324 to distinguish it from future sponsorships.
• For the 2026 Lima event, a new sponsor entry for "orexe" has been added with its own URL under the bronze level.

Sponsor configuration:

• Added a new sponsor configuration file data/sponsors/orexe-before-20260324.yml for the "orexe" sponsor, including its name and URL.
