Implement demo mode functionality with model selection and annotations

• Added demo models configuration and loading logic.
• Introduced a demo mode banner in the dashboard.
• Updated ModelViewer to support demo models, including loading and displaying annotations.
• Created demo-config.json for model metadata and annotations.
• Refactored UI components to accommodate demo mode features, including a model selector and annotation previews.
• Removed unnecessary peer dependencies from package-lock.json.
