Add STAR build options:
--limitGenomeGenerateRAMand--genomeSAindexNbases. These additions provide options for users in #135, #147, and others (nf-core/rnaseq#511), who wish to usersem-prepare-referencewith--starbut encounter errors due to genome size etc.
