This PR makes the library and tests compatible with server v10.0.0. The relevant changes are:
nonmainnet_featuressince this option is effectively not used anyway;topology.json(which is only supposed to be used by the PocketIC server) does not explicitly store the subfolder of a subnet anymore and thus we create a PocketIC instance with a single subnet for the sake of testingadd_subnet_with_state.
