docs: move Chain Fusion documentation to DeFi section#6185

- Moved chain-fusion directory from docs/building-apps/ to docs/defi/ - Updated sidebar configuration: removed from sidebars.js, added to docs/defi/sidebar.js - Fixed all internal documentation links to reflect new paths - Maintains consistency with DeFi-focused content organization
