  • Syncronizes "description" of each data integrity check with "name" in Java property files. This commit updated the YAML files, but not the translations.
  • Adds a small script to help us keep these in sync since the YAML files should be the ultimate source of truth.
  • Although nothing to do with this PR, relaxed a test testGetAllOrganisationUnitsByLevel which was flaking out on the CI.
