Still missing "Registration Device Information" resource and reference to the RegistrationSystemId. Must agree on format for address. PPN must be removed as a required element in the NEHR IG.

* update mandatory fields * Add "Sri Lanka" as additional org unit for ANC program * add a hidden attribute for subject ID from eSignet. Update plugin config to reflect this.
