Because PCRE2 defines the regex(3) functions prefixed with pcre2_ and maps them onto the unprefixed names with preprocessor directives, it should now be safe to link against libpcre2-posix, even when libc provides regex(3): default CBF_WITH_PCRE2 to ON for consistency and use HAVE_REGEX preprocessor directive instead of CBF_REGEXLIB_REGEX when regex.h is present.
Use md5sum from coreutils instead of cmake for checksum calculation.
