this PR introduces a few changes aimed at streamlining the user journey with digger.

Notable changes include:

  • use of a card in the docs landing page for readers who quickly want to skip to the quickstart with Terraform
  • hints for adding secrets to repositories via the GitHub CLI
  • Screenshot of ui.digger.dev
  • Include the sample OpenTofu repo

TODO:

  • add in a screencast of what a successful digger apply looks like, this should help readers quickly understand what the end goal looks like
