Regel + testfall verkar ok, men regel svår att testa runtime då det saknas en motsvarande yaml för detta område. Förslag: Lägg till en yaml fil ( res-api.yaml i katalogen /apis) med tillhörande element så att regelkategorin går att köra runtime!
