Set up a new instance

If you want to replace an existing instance, do the following (otherwise skip this)

1. Go to My Sites > Network Admin > Websites
2. Find the instance you want to replace and click edit (in the hover menu below the instance's address)
3. In the Site-URL, add -old to the existing url, for instance https://cms.integreat-app.de/donau-ries/ becomes https://cms.integreat-app.de/donau-ries-old/
4. Set the Archived attribute
5. Save

To create a new instance:

1. Go to My Sites > Network Admin > Duplication
2. Select either deutschland to copy the contents from the master template or empty to create an empty instance (that has a ready-to-use configuration)
3. Enter the details
4. address: typically this is the instance title in lowercase and - instead of e.g. bad-toelz
5. title: e.g. Bad Tölz
6. admin email: support@integreat-app.de
7. Press Duplicate
8. Go to the Dashboard of your newly created site
9. In Users > Add New, invite the manager (Verwaltung) for the new site
