Bugfix bump – cron.config generator holding old data

Due to difficulties caching gems in vendor on EB EC2 instances, created 1.1.5 for testing. Found bug. Bugfix in.

For those installing, you'll want to build a fresh .ebextensions/cron.config file through wheneverize-eb
