Attempt to build using maven

I think this works. Should pass when you run

mvn clean install

Summary of changes:

• Use jitpack to pull in snapshot version of swiselib (uses version from pom.xml on github)
• Use geomason light instead of geomason because the version on terrestris doesn't have access to the required dependencies to breaks
• Fix imports to swiselib (may need to hover over imports in intelliJ to add to classpath for the IDE to be happy)
