Criei as páginas conforme solicitado e deixei responsivo, nesse projeto como é um teste optei por não usar um framework para mostrar meus conhecimentos, normalmente utilizo o grid do skeleton para estruturar os layouts, mas é possível utilizar outros também.
Na parte de responsivo deixei o menu de forma bem simples pois acredito que isso é uma coisa bem delicada e de gosto de cada um, eu prefiro menus que saiam da tela e aparecem, mas tem pessoas que preferem de outro jeito, então acredito que seria algo a ser discutido pela equipe a melhor forma de fazer.
Não fiz a parte de trás do site, acredito que não era para fazer, então o paginador não funciona e o menu do portfolio das categorias também não.
Espero que gostem e aguardo um feedback.
