Indicate house parts in blue in `pcb bom` and `pcb ipc2581 bom`.
When a matched generic is more strict than another generic, it should absorb it to reduce unique bom entries.

This doesn't have sourceability info from the API server yet. That'll be in a follow up PR. This is just all the internal plumbing to show that information in
pcb bom. I also consolidatedpcb bomandpcb ipc2581 bom.Also added generic BOM absorption where entry A will absorb B if A has a matched MPN and is a stricter spec than B.
