This is an initial set of editorial tweaks to the JOSS paper following the successful review. Most of these are to the citation style and bits of capitalisation. If you're happy with the changes and merge them (or selectively apply some yourself), I'll launch a test run of our publication pipeline as soon as the archive is created and the relevant metadata set. There might be another set of changes if the publication pipeline doesn't parse the metadata correctly but it looks okay to me so far.
